I.   My Situation Worksheet:   Here you'll start with where you are now and what you've done so far concerning your farm acquisition basics.

II.   Lease Template Worksheet:   There are several fill-in-the-blank lease templates and annotated model leases. You can start with the short and simple version, and look over the longer, more complex example to get ideas for what you might want to address in your lease.  

III.   Lease Checklist:   This is a handy tool to help you make sure you’ve addressed the key issues in your lease. 

IV.   Action Plan Worksheet:   Here is where you lay out your next steps, including additional research, getting answers to questions that have come up for you, and identifying where to turn for assistance.
